Want to lose 17kg in 17 weeks, help!

I know that in order to lose 1kg per week one must cut down on 1100 calories per day I think,and I can do that,my bmr is either 1517 or 1662 (every site says it differently :/) ...but the thing I'm worried about is that if I'm gonna be having about 500 calories per day let's say,will I still be losing the same weight during these four months? ...and if not,how can I cut down my calorie intake every week without having to measure food and stuff (I'm not good at that :S ) ...or should I have 500 cals a day and then have a day off every week where I eat as much calories as I want to confuse my metabolism? ...I don't know what to do...but food is usually prepared for me,so I'm not the one preparing it and doing all the measuring and I don't have time for that either...so please any advice?
