Does anybody have some 2-4-6-8 diet experiences?

The 2-4-6-8 diet is a Pro Ana diet in which the caloric intake of each day is always 200, 400, 600, and then 800 and the cycle is repeated. Its rumored that by altering the calories it prevents the body from "starvation" mode and isn't as rough on your long term metabolism. I'm starting the diet on November 29th, and I was just wondering if anybody has tried this diet and will share their experience with me. I've been Pro Ana, or anorexic, for about a year now, but I've seemed to plateau after only losing twenty pounds.

Also, is there anybody that has craving control tips? Can never have too many of those :) And I'm looking for a dieting buddy if anyone is interested
