What is your annual raise at your place of work?

I'm just wondering what the annual raise for everyone is for their place of work.

I received a very gracious 12% raise this year, but was wondering what everyone else received. (Side note: I know 12% is insane, and this was mainly due to a promotion)

0-2% raise

2-4% raise

4-6% raise

6-8% raise

8%+ raise

every time my client get her hours cut every few months my pay go down of course. I work in in home support services

Not until I hit the 250k+ Tax Bracket. Will I have to worry about an increase. I'm currently getting closer, but won't hit that mark for a few more years. Also, there are ways around taxing that follows guide lines, and yet helps you pay a little bit less :p
