It's a testament to the power of your mental self-image. It's strange to realize that what you see in the mirror and what is really there isn't always the same thing.
In the last two years I've lost about 10 inches off my waist and I still see the fat guy in the mirror.
If you've developed the habit of regular exercise, and you are careful about your diet, you can lose a lot of weight in a year's time without even trying, as you have just proven to all of us!

You didn't notice it because you see yourself in the mirror everyday, so you don't notice the change.
The belt holes is a good measure of how your doing along with the way your clothes fit.
Cause it's a very gradual loss.
