Unhappy with invisalign results!

I got my invisalign about my sophmore/jr year. I wore them for quite a while and everything was going great! I never smiled in pictures or anything because I was so self consious about my teeth. Towards the end I saw the big difference it made and I was so happy! I stopped wearin them my senior year and only had to wear them at night. I graduated June 2012. I'm not afraid to smile anymore and I fell much better about myself. However, my k9 teeth are still a problem. They slightly stand out and are semi pointy. My complaint is that they should have been perfect, especially since we paid 7g. I realize that I was just so excited about my teeth being so much straighter that I didn't think of how much more straighter they should be. Now I'm not sure if I should go back in to my dentist and have it fixed since its only my top teeth or just get braces? Helpp!

My cousin had the same problem. Her k9s stood out just a little bit and were pointy. I think it runs in my family cause mine are the same. I honestly don't think its a big deal and if you hadn't paid all that money then I would say leave it alone. My cousin got braces when she was 23 and it straightened her k9s but they were still pointy so when the braces were removed, they dentist shaved her k9s down. It was a very easy procedure and didn't require crowns or anything. I guarantee that if you have them shaved down, that they will look more straight and you will be happy with the results. If it still bothers you after that then you have the right to go back and have them fix it free of charge with regular braces which you would only have to wear for one year.
