Football Banquet Outfit Ideas

So my boyfriend has a football banquet this Saturday and I have no clue what to wear. He said it isn't extremely formal but he's wearing a collared shirt and jeans. He hates when I wear tight clothes and have hair and makeup done but I really want to look good! What should I wear/do with my outfit and hair? Also, it's kinda cold where I live and it might snow. I was thinking of either wearing a dress with tights and a long sleeve cover for my arms or skinny white jeans with a nice top. What do you guys think?

Who cares what he wants you to wear, he's not in control of your body. Wear what YOU want. If you want to wear something tight, go for it! If he has a problem with that, then why should you be with him?
