I'm a brace face :( so I brush my teeth anywhere from 3-4x a day
My oral hygiene routine is ridiculous, according to my roommate, boyfriend and mom lmao
Morning:
-Floss
-Use proxy brush to get around each bracket
-Use manual tooth bruth. Brush for 2 minutes
-Scrub tongue. Rinse and spit
-Use tongue scraper
Night:
-Use proxy brush
-Floss
-Use proxy brush again
-Brush my teeth with manual tooth brush
-Scrub tongue
-Before rinsing, use proxy brush again
-Then use my Oral-B electric toothbrush for 2 minutes(it's timed). Then rinse
-Use tongue scraper. Rinse
-Use Fluoride rinse. Rinse
I get my teeth cleaned twice a year and I'm going to get zoom whitening once my braces come off. But I think I'm about to get my wisdom teeth removed : /
Flossing and brushing are a must. I don't understand those who don't...
I brush twice a day, once when I start my day, and again before I go to bed. I floss once a day, normally at night before bed. Sometimes in the morning though if I was too lazy to do it the previous night. I only use mouthwash if I want my breath to be extra fresh, or my mouth doesn't feel as clean as I'd like.
I brush my teeth once a day (in the morning) as a given. If I'm at home I will brush as I feel the urge (such as if I have dessert, or if I eat something with a lot of garlic, fish, etc.).
I drink A LOT of water (at least a gallon a day), and I drink a lot of tea (green, hibiscus, peppermint, lemongrass, etc.), and I also add lemon or lime to my water about half the time I consume it as well. Drinking all the above liquids definitely helps aid my oral hygiene.
I don't drink much soda, juice or other soft drinks either.

Because of all my "clean beverages", I don't use mouthwash (but I do have a tongue scraper and I use it every time I brush my teeth).
I'm a rebel; I don't use floss lol.
I don't use any whitening products, but I always ALWAYS buy toothpaste that has whitening agents in it (versus anti-cavity, tartar control, etc.)
Generally twice a day. I brush them in the morning after breakfast at some point, and then before I go to bed. If I have something sugary around lunch (i.e. some M&M out of a vending machine) then I'll also brush them at lunch time. I use mouth wash whenever I brush my teeth and floss when I remember to which is not often enough. =D

I brush my teeth 3-6 times a day. While using baking soda.
Floss before/after brushing.. Mouth wash after every meal.
I would do crescent teeth whitening strips. Every two weeks.
I go to the dentist every two months for check ups.
The reason I'm more strict on my teeth is that the whiteness makes up for how it looks. So it helps a lot!
Scraping the tongue helps as well. :)
