Boob Jobs, Love them or hate them?

Question

I think a lot of girl who get boob jobs seem very confident in their body especially when wearing a swimsuit. I like them as long as they are proportionate and natural looking. What do you think?

Personally, I'd rather keep my small boobs than have fake ones. But then again, I'm confident with my body as it is. If I hated my boob size then I'd probably be more inclined to get implants.

I don't dislike boob jobs themselves, I just think a majority of the time they look fake. But, if it makes a girl feel better about her body then it shouldn't matter what anyone else thinks.

This is kind of off topic but still fits into the realm of plastic surgery. I will probably get a nose job one day because that's really the only thing I don't like about myself. I broke it so it has a bump on the bridge, I just wish it was straighter so I'll probably get that fixed one day. Other than that, I'm happy with myself.

All girls should feel confident about themselves and if getting plastic surgery will do that for them then I don't see the problem.

In reality, guys overlook it if they like the girl. Not all boob jobs are the over the top large and most people aren't as judgmental and up their asses as the holier than thou folks on here.

I know a few girls who've had their boobs done, but you wouldn't notice it because they went from I guess like B's to C's or C's to D's. They 'got them' for their 18th birthday or whatever.

And my sister and her sister in law have them...her sister in law went ridiculously large and it looks bad because she has a pancake ass, but it hasn't stopped her from being in long term relationships.

My sister is married...so...not too judgmental there

boob jobs can be good if done by an experienced surgeon, very minimal scarring. I don't really care one way or the other. boob size doesn't matter much to me. if you got nipples ill play with them and suck on them all the same. iam more of a butt/thigh/stomach guy. that whole area drives me bonkers

rarely like boob jobs. i've met one girl who implants and I guess cause they were under the fatty tissue they felt much more natural but most feel very unnatural

i have naturally big boobs, can't imagine how awkward uncomfortable ones must feel. I am not opposed to them but I think other "fake" things have a better effect. like, makeup makes a girl look better than when she wears none most of the time. a good hair dye may look hotter than her natural. a nose job on a crooked nose will improve it. but fake boobs generally look bad. people can always tell mine are real so there must be a difference between fake ones. I personally don't know anyone with fake boobs though.

I've rarely seen a boob job that actually looked natural. They almost always look obviously fake, the cleavage gives them away to me.

I have issues with plastic surgery, in general. I'm not a fan. Nip/Tuck had a great quote about it, something about "allowing people to externalize the hate they feel for themselves." It's wonderful when they fix ACTUAL problems, broken noses or burn scars, etc. But boob jobs and tummy tucks, ugh.

I have no problem if girls want to get it. I know if money was no object I'd probably also get some surgery (not on my boobs though) so I'm no better. If it will make them happy then why not. We've become so looks conscious that I don't blame anyone for getting depressed over a body part and if it can be fixed to get them out of their misery then I say go for it.

I hate implants. HATE THEM. Unless they were for corrective measures, like if a woman had to get a breast removed due to cancer or some other medical reason.

imo the upkeep would be too much of a hassle. so I'm not going to get it done myself. small and proud ya know.

however, other girls can do with their bodies how they want. I do think getting them too big looks ridiculous though.

I think if they aren't way too big for their size they look great.  If kept to a C or D they look good, and they give women way more confidence which makes them a lot sexier too.  I think women should do this as a last resort though, and only after they have gone to the gym plenty and made sure to be in a good shape and have toned legs and a nice ass first before getting fake breasts.  But they are hot on girls if done the right way.
