A couple of mine are:
1) I drink Tart Cherry Juice to relieve soreness after exercising.
2) Ginger helps my motion sickness
3) Honey helps relives coughs
4) My favorite home made beauty mask to moisturize skin
1/2 a ripe/soft avacado
3TBS Honey
1TSP coconut oil but you can use baby oil or almond oil.
Mix all the things in a bowl, apply to face (I use a makeup brush I don't care about) and let it sit for 10 minutes and remove with a cold wash cloth.
