Ah, the lolziness of Vegetarian/Vegans. That is, anyone of them who do so thinking they are high and mighty and healthier. And I'll give facts for that.
Vitamin b12, Creatine, Vitamin D3, Carnosine, and Docosahexaenoic Acid are all nutrients obtained only from meat/animal based products. All of them are very useful for the body. It also doesn't ignore that other nutrients like protein is BEST obtained through meat (that is, meat will more efficiently give it to you than any plant).
If you want the truth ultimate healthy diet, you include meat in it. Does that mean you eat exclusively meat? Hell no, that's terrible too.
Now, if you eat a Vegetarian/Vegan diet just cause it personally tastes better to you? No big deal. It does mean you have to artificially get those nutrients (or accept nutrient deficiency which can be bad), but don't you dare ever claim (anyone) that Vegan/Vegetarian diet is "healthier" (yes it can be healthy enough, but it's not "healthier" or "healthiest").

I'm not one of those biased ones though who say omnivores are evil, or meat is gona kill you with disease. Part of it's the humane thing, part is I just don't like it. Even as a kid I didn't care for it. I went paleo for about a year, but then after seeing the horrible and disgusting ways that meat is processed in factory farming I went veg. This killed all desire:
But I also don't believe the whole 'cholesterol and saturated fat is bad for you' myth. Having been paleo for a while really showed my both sides of the fence so I can avoid the mistakes vegetarians make to like eating toxic vegetable oils, processed foods, tons of grains, or not getting enough vitamins.
I'm a meat eater and my best friend has been a vegetarian for about 5 years now. It's really easy for us to get along and to find places to eat. I don't understand why people think there are such harsh, definitive lines between vegetarians and meat eaters. One of us eats something and the other chooses not to eat that thing. I don't drink root beer, and people don't make a big deal about that, so I don't see why people feel the need to boast or belittle vegetarianism.

I'm now a "Meathead". If you haven't heard, Meatheads are a society of people who only eat meat. Though we do eat vegetables, we only eat them if they're made from meat-based products. For instance, I enjoy an occasional can of V8 juice; however, it's actually composed of bacon drippings and food coloring.
I have been a vegetarian for the last 10 years and I don't think that that's gonna change anytime soon ;)
I don't like the term meat eater. Its coined by the stupid veggies to describe us. I am an omnivore, eating both meat and veggies. Its how my intestines and teeth are set up. If I were to die and be frozen in a glacier, and become the last relic of human history, and 200,000,00 years later the next race found my corpse, they would deduct that the Homo Sapiens ate both meat and vegetables.
I do eat meat. Mostly white meat, not really red. Over the years, I've been reducing the amount I eat, so maybe in the in the future I might become one.
Its been four years since I became a vegetarian, surprisingly it was super easy for me but then again I never ate that much meat to begin with.
meat eater, but every two days in a month I would be on vegetarian diet
No, because unlike vegans, I value humans more than I do animals.
