I use my cokes as dumbbells and I do squats on occasion when that snickers bar is kinda hidden away in the bottom cabinet I am forced to squat, so I do some of those. I run when I see the ice cream truck, so I do some running. I do some ab workouts when I ate way too much and I just start vomitting, and that let me tell you! That works your abdominals like crazy! I couldn't believe it! So I do some ab work outs. As for walking well I kinda have to walk to make my car if I want to get some cool grub, like Mcdonalds or Burger King. So I would say I do everything right. As you can see I am pretty athetic! :)

I try to do a 20-min jog 4 times a week (during good weeks it's 4 or 5 times, bad weeks it's one or 2 lol), pilates once a week, and then just daily stretching and floor exercises to keep up my core strength. In the winter, jogging changes to skipping because I don't go to the gym and running outside in the winter can result in some bad falls.
I do everything at home- I'm just not the type of person who goes to a gym to work out, if I have to go somewhere to work out, I'll find 50 excuses not to go.
I workout 5 days a week.
6-7 was too much but anything less than 5 is too little.
It's all weight training since I am trying to put on muscle mass. I went to Planet Fitness for over a year and made all my "newbie gains." Now I go to Gold's. I will say everyone at PF is very friendly. At Gold's, people seem much more into their training. During peak hours there are some stragglers here and there but I can still get the machines and such that I need. I have photos of my one year progress but only people in my friend list can see them.
I do, I used to work out a lot... I mean everyday from 6am to midday, and maybe even in the afternoon or evenings. Since then I got a job which meant I never had the time or space to exercise so I've gained a bit of wait. But I've quit it and am now starting to exercise again... I've spent a bit of money investing in home gym equipment and converted my attic.

I haven't exercised at all this summer unfortunately. Been too busy piggin out and getting fat :p I know it's going to kick my ass though once I go back to school in a couple of weeks. I'm in JRotc so I work out twice a week. Usually starts with a warmup, stretching, pushups, flutter kicks, etc and then with a mile run. Nothing too fancy. It helps though, keeping me toned and in shape.
I exercise 6 days a week at my home gym in the basement. I have a schedule that I follow, and I can really see and feel a difference. The more I work out the more I want to work out. I put on some music in the background which makes me have an even better time. Listening to music and working out. Perfect.
I used to work out about 5 or 6 times a week, now my life has gotten a lot busier though but a lot of those activities still involve exercise like doing sports with kids or just walking around Vancouver for work. Pretty much everyday I get in some exercise.
I workout at a gym and go for runs at a nearby trackI run sometimes...and I love to swim but I don't get the opportunity a lot. I do cardio once a week though.
I should exercise more. I voted C.
I honestly don't understand how people can exercise every day. I have no motivation. My only motivation is food, which really I just don't care.
Running is fun (through a trail or around track...but I hate the gym.I genuinely hate gyms, first gyms feel and look like I'm in a prison, second I don't like crowds, third it's noisy as f*** in gyms, fourth I don't like going in public by myself I don't have any friends or family.
But I'm an outdoors guy I go for walks sometimes and I also swim.Lol I picked D. I'm very sedentary. Luckily I have stomach issues that keep me from gaining weight by eating.
Yeah I've been running everyday and also doing push-ups and sit-ups. It's been kicking my ass because I've been very lazy lately so I have to get back into the routine. It's really great though to feel that burn. It's also great waking up and stretching when your legs feel like jelly the following day. It makes you feel so alive! haha
I exercise every day.
Some days, it's something easy and light, like a brisk walk around the lake a few times.
My general week consists of 5 days of Turbo Jam (45 minutes), 7 days of speedwalking (60 minutes).
So obviously, 5 days I do both, 2 days (Saturday and Sunday), I just do my hour walks.I chose C, but I actually work out really hard about once a week, and that's all I have time for. All these people saying they exercise several times a week...I feel guilty haha.
Then again, I study and research every day...that's like exercise for the mind right? ;)For the last few months I've been exercising daily along with a diet. Before that I was a couch potato. I do a walk/jog mixture for an hour each day. A few times a week I weight train and do sit-ups to add and tone muscle while I'm burning away all the fat.
I have regular practise 3 times a week and usually go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week as well. So usually only the weekend is free of regular exercise and even then I have games on the weekend and other irregular exercise activity.
During the school year I hit the gym for an hour a day. During the summer I do nothing aside from day to day walking and such. So...I put D because it's summer. But when school comes, it'll be A.
gym 5 times a week for usually 1-2 hours and I take a nice long bike once a week. I voted A but there is usually one day I do nothing really, unless going for a walk counts.
I masturbate everyday. My right arm is huge as hell.
I workout at at gym using a mix of cardio, weights, and a little cross-training 5-6 days a week. Sometimes I go heavy on the weights, sometimes I got light and hit high reps.
Wow, now...maybe once a week. I should more but the last month has been a lazy one plus I'm working so much...I sleep before I go in because I get off late at night.
I voted C, just to be on the safe side, because I do martial arts twice a week. It's kendo, think Japanese samurai with bamboo swords and different armor, and it's serious workout.
I go to the gym everyday, switch between different muscle groups and cardio on days I have nothing to do. I work abs about 4-5 days a week.
I stretch everyday but I wouldn't consider that exercise to the extent of voting A...I do play sports outside or swim several times a week so I voted B.
I work out 3-5 days a week, doing jump rope for cardio and suspension trainer + sandbags for resistance. All done from home.
