What's your favorite food to put on the BBQ grill and what kind of grill you use?

I'm pretty sure that everyone likes BBQ. My favorite foods to put on the BBQ grill are hot Polishes, corn on the cob, Brats, Burgers, chicken, steak, and pork ribs And I always use a charcoal Weber grill . Not really a fan of the gas grill. I need that smoked charcoal flavor in my meat.

I wouldn't be caught dead using a gas grill

My favorite, is burgers, pork chops and BBQ chicken halves and some times steak. I use a gas more precise heat and economical. I use a box of wet wood chips to get a smokey flavor.

I will cook anything that will fit on the grill steak chops burgers chicken roast even done fish a few times that last one takes a little more prep and time .

I love a good burger. I can not eat things like steak, it just seem wrong to me. I do love meat but I have to disguise it.
