Okay so I have babies and was a size 1-3 before them and now my body has changed I'm like 25-30 pounds overweight. I'm just not comfortable in my own skin and NEED good advice and suggestions maybe meal plans, words of encouragement, motivation etc to lose the eight for good in two months and two weeks exactly. I want to lose the weight by my birthday...PLEASE HELP MEN AND WOMAN...ITS GREATLY APPRECIATED

OMG IM SO EXCITED, I HAVE LOST 4.2 POUNDS AND 4 INCHES IN ONE WEEK WORKING OUT AND EATING RIGHT. I HAVE BEEN MEASURING MY FOOD AND TAKING MY FOOD PLACES SO IM NOT TEMPTED. I ALSO NOTICED THAT I GET HUNGRY EVERY 2 HOURS SO I EAT SNACK THAT SEEMS TO HELP!
