Not sure what all happens but the place at my school makes smoothies and the one I get is 70 calories. It's strawberries, a juice blend, and a booster. They have one that's 80 calories and it's pineapple, peaches, juice blend, and the option of a booster as well. I usually get a lean booster (it's SUPPOSEDLY to speed up your metabolism) but you can get focus ones or something too.
I juice instead of making smoothies. But i pu. A good mix between veggies like spinach and kale with fruits like pears and pineapples. Andi always put ginger in every juice. Ginger is so good for you.

I'm allergic to bananas, yuck.
My favourite smoothie is blueberry, strawberry and vanilla soy milk or nettle, spinach, apple and lime (sounds gross but done right is so refreshing!).
I love making mango and peach smoothies, to increase fibre content I also add shredded wheat.
Blue Berries mixed with kiwi
