None of the above. My prefered diet is what I like to call "calories in vs calories out". Beyond getting sufficient protein, where you get the rest of your calories doesn't mean shit. That is, when it comes to purely aesthetic body building goals at least.

The potato diet for 2 weeks works well. Changes your want for sugar, salt, and fat and you lose quite a bit of weight. Good restart if you are going back on a diet.
the seefood diet♡
It's a special kind of diet
where I SEE food and I EAT it 😂😂
I don't do diets. I listen to my doctor and eat regular ass foods.

I’m not trying to lose but if I was I would do this:
Minimum 1 Gram of protien per pound body weight take a multi vitamin daily
and eat tons of non starchy vegetables
Stick to a max of 1500 calories a day
Walk everywhere you if it is under 10 miles away.
>>Then within that structure, eat whatever you want.
When I was trying to gain weight I did the same thing as above - But more calories not less. And I add lots of high quality oil to vegetables. No diet... just a lifestyle change. As long as you're getting good protein, good fiber, 3 fruits and 3 vegetables and limiting carbs daily then most any food is good for you in moderation. Boiling, broiling, braising, baking, steaming and barbecuing are all preferred ways to cook vs. frying.
Paleo is something like our "ancient" or "original" diet, right?
So I'd go with that, or raw and no sugar.
I am not using/doing any of them though, haha.
But old-fashioned food and natural food interests me.
Like eating nettles, pine seed, spruce, birch, and other weird stuff.I like low calorie diets the most
But I do the low carb diet because the low carb diet targets body fat
low calorie diets lose not only body fat but also bone mass and muscle mass tooVegetarian, because that is what I am🤗 I don't see it as a real diet tho, it's not like I'm fit or anything
I have a balanced diet. A bag of chips in one hand and a soda in the other. lol
Seriously though I just exercise so I can pretty much eat whatever I like. The sex marathon diet. Eat as much as you want as long as you have sex all day long as many times as you can. You'll burn off all that fat in NO time AND have a fantastic time doing it!!
Born vegetarian, still vegetarian,
will stay the same.Vegetarian! I want to be ethical but I also want to eat cheese.
The One, Hun, Of My Own Choice with My Own Voice. lolxx
the only one that worsk: not eating more than 1600 calories, consuming food that's very low on calorie density (calories per mass) this automatically excludes carbs and surgar mostly.
I eat a mixture of the Vegetarian/Mediterranean & unprocessed diet
I don't eat any carbs. No pasta, bread, crisps, etc. It works very well.
A lifestyle dietary change that you can maintain for the long haul, more prot, less carb- not a "diet" per se.
Calories because at least you can eat a cheesesteak or something and lose weight but I stop all sugary drinks and desserts with sugar
Vegetarian with low carb and no sugar with raw fruits
I'm a vegetarian, I don't eat dairy and try to have low sugar.
The one where you eat normally and dont fuss over it too much.
As long as I get enough nutrients all I do is keep track of protein and calories1 meal a day
Or 2 main meals a day. {eat only within 12pm and 7pmnone of those, I just prefer calorie counting so I can still enjoy myself if I’m out with friends or family 🥨
