So are all forms of bread products something I should cut out of my diet if I want to lose some weight?
Is bread really bad for losing weight?

Nope.
Right now this anti carb/bread thing is a craze. It's not exactly a bad thing. The only reason it gets a bad rap is because with our country's awful eating habits, we eat TOO many carbs. Are carbs bad? Nope. Is excess bad? Yep.
One thing about a lot of breads is that you can get them in whole wheat options/extra fiber. If it has 3 grams or more of fiber, keep it. This applies to any carb based food/wheat product. Fiber helps keep cholesterol down and keep you fuller as well.
From the sound of your intake, it's not bad for you. It won't harm your weight loss as long as you're getting in adequate fruit and veggie intake as well, along with the proper exercise regimen.
And for the love of God, don't over do it on protein. It's getting so old hearing people tout protein over carbs during weight loss. The idea is fine, but it's done, as usual, in excess/extreme measures.
bread isn't bad its more about what kind of bread, how much bread, and what you are putting on the bread. most high fiber breads are okay to eat, but like anything else in moderation. the type of breads that shouldn't eating are things like banana bread, any bread mixes where oil and eggs have to be added. those are loaded with calories, sugar and fat. you can bye low carb/low calorie breads in the store if you look carefully.
Carbs aren't really a problem, just like fat and protein; they're all things your body needs. Empty food, with no real nutrients are certainly not good for you, but sugar is actually a pretty big thing to watch out for compared to other things. Healthier breads high in fiber, aka wheat and multi-grain will be better for you than white bread, and sugar isn't so horrible that you should cut out fruit entirely or anything. Bread can actually help, because the carbs can help fill you up and make you feel like you want less food.
Avoid excess sugar, like soda and candy, and do some good exercise, and that'll help you get fitter than anything.
Crackers are pretty much junk.
You know, there's not like 'good foods' and 'bad foods'.
I'm lying, processed foods are bad.
For real foods, there are 'unlimited foods' like fibrous vegetables, 'good in the right amount foods' which include most real foods without a lot of sugar, and 'occasional treat' foods, like sugar.
Bread is somewhere between 'in the right amount' and 'treat'. If you're not that physically active, you should be considering bread as a treat.
Oatmeal is better.
Generally speaking when cutting calories, its probably easier to cut more heavily from carbs vs. other food types.

If you're American or British then ya bread is bad. It's practically just sugar. Not because of the grains but because there is almost nothing left of the grain by the time you eat it. Other countries traditionally produce less processed breads tho. Pumpernickel for example is a great healthy option
GoLean Ceareal is by the way a terrible choice too
Yes definitely avoid bread if your trying to lose weight. The average person can lose 1 pound per week by cutting 3,500 calories from their diet per week, it sounds a lot but thats only 500 calories per day, probably around 5 slices of thick white bread or around 1 average meal!
If you dont want to eat junk food, snack on fruit, nuts or low fat yogurt.
I would stick to lean meat and veg for meals and try and get some excerise!
Good luck! 😀
Wheat and Multi Grain breads are fine. Just don't overeat, simple rule to losing weight, burn more calories than you consume. Keep the calories healthy and you'll have even less problems burning em'.
You should eat whole-wheat products, like you do, & avoid white bread. I think crackers are pretty white.
Yeah it is. Avoid bread if you want to lose weight.
Moderation. I wouldn't cut it out completely because I love bread but i think weight loss is all about calories in and out. So, I don't know.
