Hydroxycut Hardcore: "take 2 twice daily" Does that mean 2 total daily or 4?

I recently got Hydroxycut Hardcore. I am a 5', 1" female & weigh 120lbs. I was wondering on the bottle it says "take 2 capsules twice daily" on day 4 & so on. So does that mean I take 2 total a day or 4? It also says don't take 4 in a 24 hr time period so I'm really confused. Help!

You probably shouldn't take that..

You're more likely than not to gain the weight back, and considering you're under 18, it's a recipe for disaster.. I won't l tell you about the negative side effects since you probably don't care, but even if you lose weight on it, you won't be able to keep it off and could even gain more weight than you had to lose.

Trust me. My weight did a lot of yoyoing for years from trying stuff like that, but I've kept off 40 for over 2 years now by doing it the right way... Just looking out for you!

Does it say don't take 4, or don't take more than 4? Two capsules twice daily means you are having 4 in a 24 hour period.
