a group of chicks ended up saying that my thighs can't touch in a bullying way and i couldnt even say a word bcs i knew it was true but is that bad?

Personally, I couldn't. Since it's incurable I would end up getting it and that's not something I'd be willing to have for the rest of my life. It's more common than I thought.

I basically gota choose between the 2 - either I lose weight but then I gotta say bye bye to my boobs and butt, or I enjoy a few burgers more and I'll get them back. But then my legs and stomach grow too. You're gonna tell me to work out; muscle is not all that makes a good butt, and boobies are basically only fat. So yeah, which on would you prefer?

I don't understand why some people say there's "no time to work out". Nobody has extra time lmao you MAKE time.

It's almost 8 p. m. here but throughout the day I have been drinking water so now I'm full. Not because I intentionally drank water to make me full though... but I just had been thirsty a lot. Should I still eat? I'm so not hungry but skipping meals is not healthy, right? Although I am trying to lose weight...

I'm so scared I don't know what to do. I was in my room last night, and out of nowhere a voice in my head kept telling me to kill myself. It wasn't anyone else's, it was my voice. I almost did it, and I just kept crying because it wouldn't go away and it was making me anxious and frustrated. I didn't hear anything today, though. Also, I have a really bad urge to rip my hair out. I feel so crazy and I don't know.

so i am wanting to lose weight for Christmas, i'd say i have about 47 days till Christmas starting Monday.
I am 5ft 2, size 16 in clothing (190lbs) and i am wanting to be a size 12 again, or at the very least 14 going on 12. i would say thats about 40/45 pounds to lose.

i plan on doing moderate exercise for 10/20 mins a day 3 times a week working up to an hour 3-4 times a week. switching between exercise dvd and my exercise bike/rowing machine at home. on a 800 calorie diet. would this work or not? since i am not working off many calories at first, i don't want to consume too many calories. please pick the best amount in the poll.. and share your story/advice down below. thanks guys =D

I have a really really soar throat. I have been taking robitussin since last night after having trouble sleeping. I took one dose at 4am yesterday, 8-9am, and 5pm today. Its still really bad and I'm thinking of taking another dose at 9pm (1.5 hours from now).

My friends party is tomorrow night and we all are planning on drinking.

Is it dangerous to drink alcohol when taking this medicine? The cough medicine is also alcohol free just so you know. Thanks.

This morning was my first time running in the dark. I ran so fast cause I felt like someone was chasing me the whole time. Better motivation I guess haha

Excited for the clock to go back an hour this weekend so it won't be as dark in the morning.

So I'm sitting in one of the university cafeterias thinking about how imma crush my workout later but ugh, I'm sooo tired part of me knows I won't give it my all. But part of me doesn't want to take my pre workout... cuz I left it at home... but I could easy get some at the gym.
