Never tried it but if you want something against scat you should try rose oil it work really good and make your skin look younger (against wrinkles too)

If it is for the cuts or wounds or healing of scar tissues , then my mother has used a similar product called Hydroheal (Amorphous Hydrogel Wound Dressing with Coloidal Silver) It costs around Rs 250 ($4 ) for a 50 gram tube.
