+1 yCheating on a previous partner.
I don’t think “once a cheater, always a cheater” is necessarily true. People make mistakes, they also learn from them and grow up.
I suspect most people have cheated at some point too!I also know of several relationships that started with an affair and they’ve now been together for decades. But I do know for a fact they regret doing it the way they did,, but they were with the wrong person, met the love of their life and we’re too cowardly to just end their marriage.
I also want to point out I DON’T agree with people cheating AT ALL, but I get humans are complicated and it’s not always the red flag people make out. It all depends on the person.

Someone (a prick!) said to me in Youtube that my nickname is a red flag!! I blocked him immediately!
So blue color for hair is a red flag? And friends of the opposite sex too? I think they must mind their own business, picky men are the worst because they are unfair!

+1 yPlaying video games.
I honestly loved video games since I was 4 years old and it won’t ever change. It’s really the same as having any other hobby. I’m not really sure why people find it childish. Professional gamers make BIG money. Why can’t anyone practice? I’ve made friends online too. I’ve maintained friendships through playing video games because of distance living.
Honestly the only people who think video games are childish are baby boomers or someone who was treated badly from a video gamer.00 Reply

+1 ySex on the first date. It seems most people think that if you want a “real” relationship, you can’t have sex on the first date. Or that having sex on the first date precludes the potential for a lasting relationship.
I don’t think either is true. I’m perfectly capable sharing of my personality and my flesh on the first date without ruining myself for my potential mate, or vice versa.
Last i checked, i wasn’t superhuman. So if i can do it, most anyone can!10 Reply 599 opinions shared on Relationships topic. Long distance relationship. I have been told to forget about it and find someone closer but I followed my gut. Now I am happily married with a baby.

+1 yThe idea that in marriage, the wife's primary responsibility is to take care of the kids at home till they are independant 14-15 yr old kids, instead of leaving them to the day care to focus on career or income. Also, the idea of not having kids at all (in marriage) and rather have a career.

+1 yWatching anime, playing video games, having an obscure interest, etc. I swear to God, I hear women shouting from the heavens over how hot nerdy guys are, but as soon as they meet one, these traits are 'red flags' 😭
28 Reply- +1 y
Women find 'nerdy' attractive, not nerds. Think of Andrew Garfield's Spiderman. He's tall dark and handsome, but there are glasses too. He's going for a slightly nerdy aesthetic which women are into because it implies introversion and emotional intelligence, while still looking buff.
But real nerds like the lads from Silicon Valley or The Big Bang Theory? They're considered awkward and ugly. I believe this stigma is to do with the interests nerds have (anime, chess, sci-fi, STEM, gaming, etc). These are incredibly male dominated fields known for treating women poorly. Either through terribly written waifus, demeaning the ladies in fandoms or the rampant sexism in COD lobbies. Additionally, when a culture is male dominated, it creates distance between the men who like it and women. Most women just don't get it, so they'll find it childish. It's the same reason why female dominated groups like Swifties or astrology fans are mocked by men. And yes, even seen as red flags.
In summary, people dislike what they don't understand 🤷♀️ - +1 y
STEM? What technology and mathematics has to do with being childish? Rather opposite. I do not think that most children can deal with differential equations, calculus or optimalization problems. I would not associate professors from technical university with being childish. When I think of Einstein or NASA experts I rather have an awe for their knowledge and intelligence rather than see them as children... Women are strange...

Anyone who watches anime is automatically a friend of mine. I honestly get a relief when I meet someone and they tell me that they watch anime.
- +1 y
I completely agree with the racist/sexist lobbies in COD though that isn’t what ALL GAMERS are about. There’s no reason why all gamers should be treated as sexists because you’ve heard them in gaming lobbies.
That’s painting the whole gaming community with a very broad paint brush. - +1 y
@snowboarder720 You're talking to a GTA and Overwatch fan who's watched a long list of shonen/seinen anime (Death Note, AOT and Akira are my big three). I'm not describing how I feel about nerds, but how women in general seem to react to them. Unfortunately, people still think anime is for kids and still think gaming is sexist because of their narrow views of these subcultures. It's not me that's painting them with a broad brush, it's society as a whole
- +1 y
Oh I see what you mean.
COD lobbies are notorious for that stuff. Definitely don’t say anything about the community as a whole. Unfortunately my father in law thinks I’m immature for watching the animated series of Batman…
Next time I see him I’ll be watching it in my Batman pjs because I give zero f*cks. 😆

Not belonging to a gym is a red flag? Really? I mean, it's not ideal but is it really a deal-breaker for a lot of people?
