I'm 146 and im 13 but these few months im not even growing an inch. And not to mention the fact I have scoliosis. Is something wrong with me?

how tall are you? If you are 5'3 and you are that weight, that's not too bad. If you want to lose weight, just eat healthier and do more exercises.

Nope im 4'9 and my weight is around 36 but im not too underweight though. In fact im trying to gain weight but my family genes are mostly skinny and underweight so i definitely have to focus on gaining more weight

Do you mean height? I stopped growing when I was 12, everyone is different. Is your scoliosis diagnosed and being treated?

Yeah. I go to chiropractic three times a week. Its a spinal check up and my spine get straighten or 'cracked' thrice a week.

It'll have an impact on your height but really, as long as you feel ok and have good mobility does it matter? Lots of us are vertically challenged, life is still good 😊 I make lots of friends at the grocery store when I ask them to reach food on the top shelf haha 😉

It has its negatives but really it doesn't prevent you from doing anything. You just might need someone to grab it for you or adjust your living areas. I store things on top of my kitchen wall cabinets, but the only way I can reach it is to stand on the bench haha

Yeahh but i can mostly reach a lot of things in my house cuz i almost outpass my mom and i only live wif her and my older sister but the annoying thing is some people keep thinking that im too short to reach the top cabinet when actually i could but if its far back in the cabinet than i can't.
