My boyfriend bought me this vitapak from GNC. There are 30 packets. There for men and women by the way. This is what it looks like: 👇👇👇And there are a total of 9 pills! I started taking them 2 days ago and about 20 mins later I felt extremely nauseous. My stomach stared hurting and I was so sick. Now I've did some research on them. The clear and goldfish ones are some kind if vitamin. The red is an energy pill. The really white capsule is biotin. The darker white capsule is waterex. And the last 2 orangish pink pills are iron.

I didn't take them today because I font want to feel barfy! Did anyone else feel this way? Do you take these?

I can't do squats because I has a bad knee. So I've just been doing donkey kicks every second day. How many should I do to see good results in three months. I also use a step master every day for cardio and added toning

Ok, so I wanna lose weight, but I wanna have a toned body too. So far I feel I am only toning my body because my legs feel more muscular and hard instead of soft and flabby, my abs are starting to show on the very top like I have that line the goes from the top of the belly to below the belly button but mine is only at the top and not quite to my belly yet. Also I used to be 186 now I am 192 -_- is that because I put muscle on or no. Also, when I walk after a little while my ankle starts to hurt really bad, it cramps. Its only the right ankle, everything else is fine nothing else hurts. Could it be a lack of Potasium? Thanks!

So I was in line inside a 7-11 about to pay for gas, and I noticed this guy in front of me. He was fidgety, saying random stuff, looking everywhere but he didn't seem nervous. He also had a few cuts on his hands. He also bought a ridiculous amount of food . 3 pizzas and some chips and two bottles of a drink. So was he stoned or high on drugs? And when he slid his debit or credit card, his hand was incredibly shakey.

well i have been injured so i can't run. but yesterday i went to Starbucks with my friend after school (2:15) because i can walk just not run. We came back at 2:45 and practice starts at 3:00, but i ran across a street and my hip started hurt BAD again. so the athletic nurse told me not to go if i can't walk. so i didn't practice. but today a girl on my team said someone told coach i was at Starbucks and now he's isn't really making a convo or smiling at me. Plus, no one is telling me who snitched. So is he mad?
