So I went to the doctor two days ago and was prescribed antibiotic drops for my pink eye. He said that after 24 hours of treatment it is no longer contagious, even though it is still visible. Should I go to the gym and train?

Been trying to cut my body fat percentage, have any tips boiiii? I'm like a 14% or so I think I don't know. I wanna be like 12, I want them abbbbbbs to show.

Other than simply going on a caloric deficit have you tried carb cycling? whereby you would go on a low carb diet for 6 days and on the 7th day have a refeed. The law fo diminishing returns applies to fat loss whereby it would get progressively more difficult to lose fat the less fat you have.

I do hiit sprints as fast and long as I can, mixed with jumping jacks on an empty stomach so I'm burning my fat storage, not my dietary fat. I suck at dieting. I eat generally healthy any way.

I'm too lazy to research the carbs or whatever, but not too lazy to physically work my ass off lol.

It build some muscle, and also kick starts metabolism, and shrinks fat cells or something I heard. But contrary to that, my nutrition professor said that your fat cells never decrease in size, only quantity... or the other way round.. can't remember

360 or whatever you said, is more than you think. You need to decrease in 500 calories per week in order to burn one pound of fat. Hiit and general good eating combined does work. Not saying you're gonna look shredded super quick.

So, if Hiit done 3 days out of 7 you burn 1080 calories. Two pounds per week. In two months you would have seen some good results.

No lol. I explained it wrong. 500 less than your calorie max thingy per weeeek to lose 1 pound. I learned it from a professional nutrition that knows her stuff.

Yes I just calculated it too. 3,500 calories. I just explained it wrong, been training at 50 times gravity and was tired, that's all.

It made sense in my head lol, I just didn't provide enough detail. But doing Hiit almost daily for me, and eating better has worked.
