Beef, Chicken or Pork?

Beef is full of protein, but chicken is healthier and it's easier to build up muscle with it. One of the things body builders do is that when they have meat, they only eat non-seasoned, skinless chicken breast. This is because it's low in fat, which means it's less likely to pack on, and it has more or about the same amount of protein as any other meat. Salmon is also incredibly healthy and full of protein.
I like chicken.. though not fried chicken (seriously). I then prefer beef. I would rather not have any kind of pork at all.
Never fried! I prefer chicken breasts.
fish is the best lighter the flesh the better it is for you ideally you should have fish 4 times a week chicken twice a week and beef once a week but who can eat that much fish i love good beef esp grilled rib eye streak but i think most pork cuts taste pretty good i don't like lean beef to dry and chicken is chicken i can eat it anytime but i don't think its what i prefer

its making my mouth dry just thinking about it where is the water! i forgot about turkey i try to substitute turkey like 95% of the time 93/7% fat ground and i don't make burgers with it i do tacos with a bit of tomato sauce and a store bought seasoning or a meatloaf to add some moisture or i mix it with some pinto beans with some seasoning not bad good protein and fiber

As a graduate in health sciences it's definitely chicken. Pork has nothing but fat. Beef has mainly iron. I learned in my field that top-sporters have an all protein diet, which consists either of having chicken or salmon for dinner.
To bulk up and health wise I believe it's beef.
But I'm personally a person that can go without it. Poultry and Pork on the other hand are a must for me. If I had to choose one I guess chicken.
If you're really trying to pack on the pounds or get muscular or reach a certain weight chicken is the healthiest well as long as it's baked.
Pig is never the healthiest it has high cholesterol and fat written all over it.
The only thing I believe is healthier than bake chicken is fish but I don't know if you're fond of it.
beef for the protein. It's also the hardest to get food poison on. Most harmful bacteria is killed if you even cook it a little. Pork you need to make sure you don't undercook.
fish is the healthiest type, have to read up on what species of fish is best and obviously wild not farmed.

Bison contains a good nutritional value. If not available pork is good too. I like rare breeds.
