I've lost 4 pounds this month and I'm 5'4 at 116 pounds. I've been thinking about losing 4 more. Should I?

It's ALWAYS better to see a picture, because we can't 100% know for sure. Height and weight alone doesn't take into account muscle mass, bone structure, frame size and so on.

However, 5'4, 116lbs is pretty much always thin, so you're fine. You don't need to lose weight.

No, you've list enough. But if you think your to heavy, you can attach yourself some helium balloons, but be careful about the wind.
