As far as structured workouts go, I do 3-4 circuit training based workouts a week. Beyond that, I grab a jump rope and go at it for about 10-15 minutes whenever I have some excess energy to burn off.

Usually 4-6 times a week, though usually fairly light workouts. Thats the nice thing about strength training though, dont need to go crazy to see progress.
I don't really work out by going to the gym od somehing, but I bike at least hour a day and ride horse 2 times a week.
3-5 times a day depending on how I feel or what is happening on the day :)
I go for 1-2 hour long walks pretty much every day.

So what I'm saying is that it depends on how busy I am, the weather, and stress levelsI try to do SOMETHING daily but I get a really hardcore workout 3 times a week and the other 4 days it's usually something really light so my body can recover the right way.
Weights: 6 days a week. 60-90 minutes each session.
Boxing/Basketball: 3 days a week. 15-30 minutes each session.I always do some exercise daily. I usually do intense exercise at least every other day. (I hate saying workout, so many dbags just overuse that word)

I used to work out 6 days a week, but with work and school I was just too tired. I started working out again recently and I'm at twice 3 days a week.
