It's quite possible to have not lost weight... depends on your exercise regime you may be packing on muscle... you're toning your body but not losing weight
Muscle weighs heavier that fat, don't get me wrong I'm not suggesting that you're over weight or anything, just that if you're building muscle your weight may not change, even though your figure is..

you are loosing fat and gaining muscle, that is a very good thing, this is the kind of effect gaining muscle will have in comparison to simply not being fat. The exercise in question here is squats.

Your not losing weight but your obviously losing fat. Weight doesn't matter, fat matters. Muscle weighs more than fat so you've probably gained that (so your weights the same) but lost body fat
Yes, think you are gaining muscle mass. In your gym they can measure your fat content with a special scale. Anyway, if you loose fat and gain musckle, you will indeed look more slim and toned.
Sounds like your weight is shifting, but depending on what workouts you've been doing, you're probably gaining muscle while burning fat. You could also be losing a lot of water weight.

Yup. Means you're losing fat and gaining muscle which is EXACTLY what you want.
A lot of girls do diet plans that include very little calories essentially starving themselves. What they don't realize is that they're losing muscle and getting weaker making it much more difficult to workout harder and lose weight more efficiently.
You're exercising, so fat is becoming muscle. Muscle is denser and weighs more.
You've lost INCHES. FOUR OF THEM. It's not just the number on the scale :)
You might not be actually "loosing" weight but you are most likely turning that fat into muscle which takes up less space.
