Can I lose wieght by doing this.. any tips to help?

Ok before I begin I am a 15 year old boy that weights about 185 pounds 6ft 1 about, and my pants size is 34, in case u need to know to figure out my bmi or something. Ok i am serious about losing my belly this time so I am trying to eat 1800 to 2300 a day nothing over or less and I am biking 10+ miles a day and adding 5 miles for each day every other week so like the 3rd week I'll do 15 then 5th I'll do 20 until I reach 25 by the way that is my minimum distance each day. I will also be using a heavy bag and speed bag and some core. I also hope to get back to wieght lifting once I get close. Thanks and if you have tips write them as comments please any feed back is apreacheated.
