Whenever I'm cutting down for a fight i usually eat around 1000 calories and do intense training for 2 hours to get down to 155. It takes about a month for me but mu body is use to it. I'm 6'0 and walk around at 178 aprox. But what you're doing sounds good.

All of the above that you said will help you loose weight. Make sure you have a two day rest so your body can relax all that you just did.
Make sure you don't over do it with exercise... It may seem like a good idea to do as much as possible but you could really hurt yourself if you don't start out slow. I think you'll do good and accomplish you goal with the positive attitude👍🏻
Thats a lot of exercise. Make sure you'll have some break during week. Be aware that muscles weight more than fat hence you might see increase in weight at times but don't let that discourage you :)
