What type of workouts do you do and how often?
Have you noticed any difference when taking the supplements?
If you don't take any, is there a reason?

I go to the gym 4 days a week. Used to be 5-6 but needed to open time for real life activities.
It's a "Push/pull" split full of compound movements mostly and some isolation.
Push: Bench press, overhead press, read delt work, tricep isolations and Squats for legs (and calf raises)
Pull is Deadlift, bent over rows, shrugs for traps, curls, and planks for abs.
Supplements:
Creatine mono- all the more expensive creatines are rip offs.
Whey protein- As needed. If I can get food protein I go for food.
I'm trying BCAA's but I'm not sure if they're worth the money.
Preworkout (cycled)
I also have fish oil because I don't like eating fish, and vitamin D-3.
As for "noticing a difference" it's really more for supplementing what I don't get from my diet.
I'm constantly on protein shakes. If you building muscle you need 2g of protein for every kilogram you weigh. So I weigh 76, I would need 152g of protein a day. That's a shitload, and I'm a smaller guy. So the shakes are there to help you met that quota. If you can eat your way to that amount... good luck. Then I always start a program with creatine. That shit works. it gives you a great boost. Then I use glutamine. They say it's a wonderful post recovery supplement (I have it at night). I see results when I use these 3. Then I have also used pre work out. Expensive but it does make you work more (gives you energy) and testosterone boosters made me bench more. Other than steroids, my big gym buddies swear by animal stack. Do I used that once and yeah, did give me gains.
No and those things don't really help anyways natural is always better my science teachers and health teachers always would say your body retains 80% of the nutrients when you eat say a fruit or meat where as taking a supplement you only retain 20% of its nutrients and your kidney will filter out 80% of the rest if you take supplements.
Yes i use protein powder mostly because i can't eat as i would have liked too
another reason is because you can get the protein without many calories
i dont see them as long as they are a supplement and not a thing that make you mutate like steroids and other PEDs
Beer is my primary supplement. Running and weight lifting. Yeah beer kicks ass.
HAHAHAHA, whoever does is and idiot
do energy drinks count?
Yea I guess, as a performance enhancer
Tons of protein, tons of vitamins, creatine.
Protein, creatine, vitamin.
