One of the most common complaints I have heard coming from female gym goers is just how often they are made to feel uncomfortable while at the gym because of the various unwelcome interactions with the others at the gym, specifically the male gym goers.

Ranging anywhere from what they perceive as inappropriate, uninvited stares to not being able to finish their workout without some random guy thinking it's a good idea trying to hit on them in the middle of it.
I've even heard complaints about men apparently trying to cop some feels by playing coaches and "fixing their forms" and what not, without anyone inviting them to do so.

As a personal trainer, I've had female clients confess that really the thing they were looking for during our first consultation weren't my referrals or certifications, but how I came across to them as another guy and whether I was some creep (lol).
Which is understandable, for me to do my job properly, I may have to touch people at times (but that's something a trainer will always ask your consent for and explain why they are doing it) so it's important for people to be cool with me.

If you are yourself a female gym goer, do such experiences ever get in the way of your time at the gym? How often?

Is it just uninvited staring, or have you also found yourself at the receiving end of something more inappropriate?

Is this so big of a concern/frequent nuisance for you that it gets in the way of your willingness to go to the gym, or even prevent you from going there in the first place?

Have you ever considered getting a personal trainer?
And if so what things would you be looking out for?

I've been struggling really hard to get muscle definition, the size is there but barely any def. I decided to ask coaches and nutritionists and such and apparently my body type is "bulky" and I need a very strict diet to get the muscle definition that "lean" body types get much more easily.

I've gotten over it and don't really care much as long as I'm strong, but I'd like to know which one the girls like more and which one is more common with guys here.

Are there any other differences between the two types?

It seems like women are throwing around the word "curves" to refer to their fat folds. Curvy used to refer to a big butt and big boobs, but now the word can be misinterpreted as being a fatty.
