Why do I experience pain when the tip is simulated?

By tip I'm sure you all know what I mean. but when it's stimulated at all its like it's too sensitive and it creates this intense sharp pain at the tip that so painful and unbearable I hold my breath and try not to yell cause it hurts that bad. The shaft is fine, but the tip feels too sensitive.

UTI doesn't necessarily come from sex. A UTI, while less common than in women, does occur in me. Best to get a doctor to check it.

Also want to make sure it isn't nerve related.

I understand that it's normal for the tip to have more sensitivity then the shaft. But mine I'd put it as the same pain as a 3rd degree burn but not a burning feeling, a sharp feeling
