
Should I grow my calves with weights?


Max out bodyweight Calf raises first.
Adding weight is decided on how strong you are with good form, under control, at a good tempo. If you, without stopping to rest, can 50 calf raises, on a door step, with a full stretch at the bottom. 2 seconds up. Pause 2 seconds at the top and lower down 2 seconds.
Then start doing single leg Calf raises on a step and repeat till you can do 25 reps with the same range of motion at the same speed on both legs. Your calves with blow up even with just one set training calves
Do calf raises doing one leg at a time this will double the resistance. Once that no longer challenges you, you will need dumbbells or a calf machine. Calves are about the most stubborn muscle to get to grow.

Nah, why would you want to do that? I'd kill for calves like your own
They're so slim and fit
You are battling genetics. I have found that women will pick out one feature on them, and magnify it into horrible. Guys don't do that. Stop comparing yourself to other women.
