Taking notes. When I become a parent, need to level up my negotiation skill. Removing laptops and phones is a good way to prevent internet addiction for about one afternoon before a friend with a working laptop can be located. I may have to lock my children in the basement and chain them to a wall. Or explain that getting the vaccine is useless at 16, as it doesn't stop transmissions, only shortens the time during which you shed the virus.
Or I could just accept my child has a useless and irrelevant vaccine that will provide possibly a year of fading protection against a disease that is not a threat to her in the first place. She could also change the color of her hair for about the same impact.
Or I could go with her to the vaccine place to make sure the nurse knows to check for blood before injecting, since hitting blood vessels by accident is the main risk of complications.
I will probably go with the chains though. Sounds like most fun. Mental note added: dont forget to install the chains before the first child grows an independent mind. They may have thoughts and that needs to be prevented early.

That is not the right way for the parent to do it, you don't need the vaccine since your super young and have no decreased chance of dying of the disease and have an increased chance of severe side effects from the vaccine. We don't know if it makes you infertile but there have been reports of menstrual issues, the side effect rate and death rate of the vaccine is higher than all the other vaccines combined and in general it has no real benefits to you over these risks.
That is what your parent should have said, that your putting your future at risk by taking it for no real benefit to you because your immune system has no issues with this flu and anyone under 50 has a survival rate of 99,98% or higher.
If you still want to take it knowing that and you still think that its worth gambling your future then don't let the laptop deter you. But i would not take it if i were you.
Whether you tell your parents or not, just be prepared to handle a day of feeling weak after you get the vaccine. For example, if you have to do homework, then get it done before you get the vaccine because you wouldn't have the mood to do that. I would recommend getting the vaccine on a Friday or Saturday so that you could have the whole day for yourself to rest.
Don't get the vaccine & stay home. Some areas are mandating without vaccine proof you are not allowed int restaurants, gyms, small clothing / specialty stores, etc.
Get the vaccine & lose a laptop. Big whoop. You have a phone, right?
Anyone above the level of idiot can figure this out. Too bad you're an idiot.

You have a virtually zero chance of dying from covid. But the jab is designed to wreck your natural immune system.
The first shot destroys 25% of your ability to produce white blood cells. The second shot is more concentrated and removes another 50%. Your white blood cells are you main defense against infections.
In addition the shots interfere with your body's electrical system. You brain and organs operate on electronic signals. That's a main reason why so many healthy young people are getting heart attacks.
The evidence is being cleverly concealed. But many thousands of people are dying as a result of the shots and many more thousands are suffering life-long injury.
The shot doesn't prevent you from contracting or transmitting the infection.
This thing isn't about protecting people. I urge you not to do it.Girl, 15, dies of Covid on day she was due to get vaccine

Preliminary results from the hospital’s medical examiner indicated Jorja had Covid myocarditis, heart inflammation caused by the virus. Halliday explained that Jorja had been booked to have a jab on Tuesday, but had tested positive the Saturday before. She had been planning to get the jab once the isolation period was over, but died on the day she had been scheduled to have the vaccine.
theguardian. com/world/2021/oct/02/portsmouth-teenager-dies-of-covid-on-day-she-was-due-to-get-vaccineYou should sit down and do a rational assessment of the situation. Remember rational assessments? They still exist; they've just become extremely unpopular in the past year and a half.
What the absolute fuck? Thats a hospital? It looks no bigger or better than the local ski lodge at whistler. Now i see why the NHS is in ruins compared to better healthcare systems.
Also, 1. That laptop won't do you much good if your dead from covid and the negligence of antivaxxor parents.
2. Threatening to damage your belongings if you do something with your own body they dont approve of? Wow. Like i sincerely hope their not also abusuve cause thats a huge red flag, like you ok?- u
get the shot, and take their phones away for three months
You might as well not get the vaccine since apparently it doesn’t even work and people can still catch COVID even after getting it. Plus, in most areas, vaccinated people still have to wear masks everywhere they go. I’d choose the laptop!
Why would you be stupid enough to get injected with that poisonous vaccine that offers no protection when someone your age is under a near zero risk of death or severe illness from the virus? Typically, for someone your age the common cold is worse than the virus.
Sure, You can Get it and not Tell Them but if they See Side affects which there ARE----You won't get Far. For Now, Do as they Ask. I am Reading they are Coming out with a Great New Pill for This. Just mask it for the Time being. I am. xxoo
Is there a reason that your parents feel the way they do, other than just not trusting politicians or the vaccine? Do you know it's safe for you, not something your allergic to? I'm not telling you to or not to, just normally my parents would have a health reason to tell me not to do something like this. Would there be a way to get a doctor's advice if you feel strongly either way.
That's a tough one. Do you have a phone, or is the laptop your only means to going online?
If the consequence of having the vaccine now means limited freedom, hold off. Get the vaccine when you're moved out in 2 years and can form your own independence.Ultimately you have to make the right decision for you. I personally recommend getting vaccinated, especially if you're going to be dealing with a lot of people in school or are travelling. The facts are facts though; people your age aren't in much danger from this virus. Some schools have been mandating that students get vaccinated.
Dont get it. You can have a lot of other issues that people are having. Lupus, blood clots, reproductive harm, immune deficiency, to name a few people even die with the vax but no one is talking about it. Its not good. Its not even fda approved (only for emergencies) and when they did animal studys they all died of cardiac arrest. So its really not a good vax to take
Keep the laptop and have no effects from covid, or just a slight cold (coughing) for a while.
Get vaccinated. If you're dead, you can't use your laptop anyway.
BUT, you can say this: "Mom. Dad. I wanted to get vaccinated to protect you in case I got infected."I prob won't yet unless the casinos or planes require it
have your doctor go over your medical history with you and see what they say. If they say it's safe and your parents are still acting that way and you want it then have the doctor talk to them?
Don’t be a fool. There is absolutely no good reason for anyone under the age of 50 to take this vaccine. My parents aunt and uncle are all 60-75 age range and none of them have taken the vaxx and they are all fine. BETTER THAN FINE they are actually healthy people who care about real health and undestand that a fucking shot isn’t gunna save you from your bad habits
Get vaccinated but don't tell them. As the people on that side say, it's your right to choose... your body, your freedoms and all that. It works both ways.
Listen to your own doctor.
Not everyone should get the vaccine for numerous reasons. Yes their are valid medical reasons not to get it.With 16 your chances to die from covid are similar to a 6 in lotto.
