Does street photography excite an introverted person?

I'm an introvert, and do photography. Part of what I like about it, is I can be in a moment but not expected to participate. Some of the stuff I love is photographing like at a street festival with all this wild mix of colors, and sounds, and artists and the observers themselves. You're watching and photographing the people, watch the artist and everyone is so concentrated on doing what they are doing or watching who they are watching, that you're invisible as the photographer. Eventually you get "caught" though, when someone notices you and they come over and want to chat, or direct an image, or wonder what you're doing and then you become a participant rather than an observer and it sort of bursts that invisibility filter that previously allowed you to slip in and out of these moments and images you're creating.

I have done that as art expression. generally not people. Just objects and scenes.
