I love old buildings. I used to have a company that reproduced doors and millwork for historic buildings. I have been involved in many restorations of buildings on the National Register of Historic Places in the US from supplying to consulting.

It is amazing that people had the ability to build a structure that still stands today. Where I go in the summer there is an old military installation built in 1854. i have been there many times.. External view of Ft Gorges Inside view

Yeah, some of them. It's so funny you say that though, because Europeans seem to have very little interest in these things, because they're part of their everyday life, and they can't for the love of God understand why tourists pay thousands of dollars to see such things😂

When I lived in Germany we would hang with the local hotties at different castle ruins and drink Jack Daniel's which is very expensive there. We would also smoke great hashish and drink Boones Farm Wine. Lots of castles and castle ruins in Germany.

Amazing. Love old castles and rennovated castles, been to a lot of old towns in Europe and being around old arcitecture is one of tge best moodlifting feelings. That or amazing backdrops or both together. Castles/chateaus in mountains are 😍

I love old buildings. I want to travel around and see all of them but I'm scared of flying. There's not many really old buildings over here. There are a few in New England from the 1600's but we don't have cool really old stone buildings

Yes. I've worked in many old buildings around New York City over the years. Especially in downtown Manhattan and downtown Brooklyn. They're all really interesting and amazing.
