Why do people listen to music and/or videos out loud in fucking public?

Like your in a restaurant, the bus or a coffee shop why the fuck are you blasting your shit out loud? Why can't you get headphones. We live in a time with all this technology. Even this dumb ass kids blast it in the grocery stores. Does it piss you off to?
