Ice hockey and bass fishing. Working out, if that counts as a hobby, haha. Sort of learning to play acoustic guitar, just because my girlfriend HATES dudes who play guitar and try to sing to women, she’s always said that, and then there was a scene about that exact idea in the Barbie movie, and she reiterated that it was one of her major “icks” with a guy.

Welp, that’s all I needed to hear, and I bought a guitar by the end of that week lmao. It’s cool because we live a couple hours apart, so I’m able to learn while she has no idea, and then I’ll just surprise her out of the blue one day. I’m so excited, she’s gonna hate it so much, lmfao. So far I can only do kind of a rendition of A Horse With No Name because it’s a two-finger chord on the same fret, and it’s basically opening and closing the two fingers. It’s A/D to Low-E/G, back and forth, but it’s been good for learning strumming and just being able to feel what I’m doing, based off of sound. VERY basic at this point, lmao, but Level 1 stuff that will open the door to Level 2. Also just keeps me interested, to pick up the guitar and just be able play something that resembles a song. But eventually I have to figure out “Push” by Matchbox-20, to do it like the movie, haha. Thats gonna be more complicated, but i'll get there😝
