Why doesn't my boyfriend respond to my innuendos?

Hi! Long story short, his sex-drive is always down. He watches other girls online but doesn't really take initiative with me. I try to seduce him but it doesn't work - gone on for a long time that I don't ask because his rejection hurts, then when we communicate, he makes it a "so I am not good enough" thing, even when I don't fight... It's beginning to make my self-esteem drop and my needs are kept to myself. I wear sexy clothes, I kiss him, I try to initiate, but nah - he often makes it awkward by laughing at me, or asking what I am doing and says he wants to go outside alone... He works often and has work stress but he has time to drink, smoke and listen to music outside. It hurts me. Advice?

If someone truly loves you, he would adore your body. Don’t let rejection hurt you over and over, it would destroy your confidence. My ex did the same thing, he was like 6 months did not touch me. When i asked him he said he just getting old and too tired. But he was still 36, and i found out he cheated on me. That’s why he said he is tired, coz he was tired having sex with someone else.


You really need to talk serious with him, if you can’t find way. Just walk away, leave. Don’t let yourself get hurt more.

No worries, yeah I am happier now. I met someone else, i met a guy who adores me, who would tell me that i’m sexy, beautiful with my new outfit, with my new earrings, etc.
My only regret is that I should have left my ex sooner, so I could be happy earlier. you should try to respect yourself more, don't let him hurt you by rejecting you, it will make you feel ugly.

Sounds like you’d be better off leaving him if your sex drives are so mismatched. I’m sure he’s great outside of this issue, but he’s clearly not good enough.
