Yeah but, Elvis wasn't interested in being creative and imaginative. He just stood there and sang everybody else's songs. When RCA or the colonel told him it was time to record another album, all Elvis did was walk into a studio and sing what was set up in front of him. Buddy WAS creative and innovative and wrote his own material. He kept taking chances with music, keeping a few steps ahead of what everyone else was doing.
