I used to hold off on that stuff until I worked with someone who was always trying new things that were barely even released yet.

No tutorials, no manual to read. Just trying shit till you got the thing to work because it gave you an edge and made you an authority when everyone else adopted it.

I watched the mentality I thought would ruin me save someone's career so I adopted it and never looked back.

If you use photoshop today, you can reference a manual that explains every single thing it can do.

If you were using certain versions of davinci resolve back in 2017, most people never heard of it. And in my case I was running unreleased copies of the software.
