If you are the adventurous outdoor type would you go rock climbing/ziplining on a first second date?

Ziplining is OK, but it sends you over an area so fast you can't see anything if it's a first-time visit for you. So, it's terrible for sightseeing.

Rock climbing is a hard no because I hate getting scabbed and scraped up.

I'd like a date where I go hiking or kayaking or canoeing. Water skiiing or parasailing or board sailing or sailing would also be good.
