Why do people talk about the switch 2 even tho they don’t have it?

I swear people who talk about the switch 2 on social media aren’t actually Nintendo fans so why talk about it?

Like stop saying that the switch 2 has no games! LIKE.. there’s metroid prime 4, Kirby air riders, Kirby & the forgotten land, Mario Kart World, Pokemon Legends Z-A, Donkey Kong Bananza, Hyrule Warriors. etc and even more coming this year!

Things I'm not excited about with the Switch 2: Price tag. Price of games (and the fact they'll never go down). I don't think the switch two is worth the price just because it can run games like Elden Ring, when other consoles have being giving us games like Elden Ring for years now. Nintendo is just now starting to catch up and they think that's impressive and justifies the price tag lol

I love my switch lite. It's basically a tablet, but a tablet that is very portable (way more portable than the switch 2) and I can play games like Red dead redemption, No man's sky, etc anywhere I want. That's all I really want from a handheld, I see no reason to upgrade to the switch two. I'm also buying a steam deck soon
