To The Broken,
The world is full of chaos and violence. In a world where being nice and kind is found to be weak, dont give up and be resilient. Because somewhere in that human soul lies an innocent child that has once been damaged by the lies that have been fed to us by the ones who have been here longer than us.
To the ones who are sweet souls, stand with grace in the midst of a storm.
No matter what you are going through that day, remember that someone else might be going something too. Spread kindness and love not just to others but to yourself as well. What is kindness and love you may ask? Kindness is an act of generosity. Ask if they need any help whether it's just listening to them or just being there for them. Love is caring for yourself and others. Making sure you are getting the proper nutrition that you need and making yourself feel good inside and outside.
The most important thing is believing you have the power to fight through the storm that is just passing by. Believe in yourself and you will see the light in the end.
To the ones who are struggling in times of darkness, remember there will come light at the end of the tunnel. And the one that comes out of the tunnel is the strongest.
Be gentle, kind, compassionate, and passionate with yourself during this time of healing. Be at peace with your inner world and you shall soon see how much it can impact your outer world. This is a gentle reminder for the lost human souls that are looking for something that is missing in them. Know that there are other people just like you who are figuring out this life that we live in too. We are all in this together. And we will be strong and resilient.

So beautiful!
My goals for 2021? Complete grad school. Find a job that meets my personal requirements (salary, benefits, close location, non-toxic work environment, etc) Continue with my diet and exercise lifestyle
I hope to see my loved ones especially the ones I haven’t seen in a while
Something that I haven’t been able to do is travel! I want to visit different cities and countries!
The changes I want for the new year is to increase my confidence and my body to look more toned. I also would like for the coronavirus to go away for good. I miss going to church and just going out in general.
I haven't read such a sweet thing in years, I feel like I wanna give you a hug right now 💓
