Have you already taken your Christmas decorations down, if not when do you do it?

Have you already taken your Christmas decorations down, if not when do you do it?
Did you take them down on the day after Christmas (observed at Boxing Day in some countries, also called St. Stephen's Day), or right after new year? Do you wait until the 12th night?
Personally although I'm not religious, I do follow the tradition of taking the decorations down on January 6th Epiphany, or Three Kings Day.
