When do you take down the Christmas decorations?

A question as old as time, December 26th? After New years? Maybe mid-summer? When do you like to take them down?

Usually we put them up the first weekend after Thanksgiving and then take them down the first weekend after New Years. Just seems like a good time length for the amount of time it takes to set them up to begin with.

Somewhere around New Year's Day. We just managed to get the tree and decorations up yesterday after talking about it for the last 2-3 weeks.

Most people today can't wait as long as the 26th!! They GOTTA take it down by the stroke of midnight Christmas day!!

I never take mine down `til the 2nd weekend in Jan.

Some we take down right after Christmas. Some we may leave up a little longer. We put wreaths up on the front windows and leave them up until sping.

Any Christmas decorations inside usually come down shortly after new years. The outside lights stay up till it warms up some.
