I found out that mom and dad were 'Santa Claus' quite by accident when I was 5 years old. I knew, and they knew that I knew. I continued to play along for some years more, partly for the sake of my younger siblings, and partly just to keep the magic alive for myself for as long as felt appropriate to me.

I think if a child is going into high school and still thinks there is a Santa this can be a problem.
I think as long as a child is willing to believe. Even after Santa doesn’t exist anymore. You can still have fun with it. Because even as a adult Santa is still fun sometimes to think exists (maybe not seriously. But like Bigfoot)

there’s no age limit… they will eventually find out it’s not true, so when it happens it happens.

Why lie to your children? I figured out Santa Claus wasn't real when I was 5.
They can believe as teenagers. It’s more a belief in the Christmas spirit than a bearded guy. That innocence and wonder is mostly a positive experience so let them believe.
i personally think it's a bad idea to tell children lies like that to begin with.
I don’t think there should be an age limit on it. It makes Christmas fun.
I don't know why people keep bringing this up. It takes seconds to research and see Santa Claus was a real person
That is entirely up to them.
When they are 10 years old, they should stop believeing in santa claus.
You mean Santa isn't real? Bummer 😕
Why would I stop?
