How was your Christmas shopping?

I spent so much, I almost could not pay my full credit card on time, but then I found an uncashed cheque and now my debt is greatly reduced.

Christmas shopping (presents) was completed by March, the shopping for food/drink done by the 1st week in December on budget (with a little extra just in case I have unexpected guests).

I didn't Christmas shop this or last year. I just dont care much about gifts anymore.

• Excellent. Until I think I left the car radio on. Luckily no it seems no flat battery. I bought Covid masks I wore a Covid mask 😷 and I got what I wanted to buy, some was out of stock. But I was happy though out and I donated to causes. Giving as much as buying. How many on this floating spherical rock can say that this Christmas without prompting. 😋😷🎄❄️

Christmas gifts are not worth getting into debt over...

as for me, i only got something for my partner. very small. the rest of people who make me feel like i have to give gifts are just getting cookies or something homemade/handmade because i don't want to waste money that isn't necessary. i also hate thinking "what do they want that they don't already have?" "this may just be tossed aside as junk in a few months anyways"

Next year I think I'm going to shop completely online or long before. American stores are crazy. I'm really short and light and Americans are so fat. I've had a miserable two weeks of shopping, one obese woman knocked me on my ass yesterday, l got squished on an escalator. Staff are so rude. I've gotten elbowed in the face. A woman stole the last ham out of my trolley and took it to the till, such brassneckery.

I’m all done! Got most things online but had to go to the mall one last time today. It was packed. Spent 35 minutes in the parking garage.

I think that people has already too much stuff. So I usually buy simple things, like food, along with some funny greetings card made by me.
