I feel like a pretty low priority on my brothers radar and it bothers me?

He has lived with a girlfriend for 2 1/2 years. I do not approve. I don’t think they should be living together and I really don’t like her. He was supposed to come over here for Christmas tomorrow. And he’s only going to come from 12 to 4 and then go to her mothers house I think. And I think they were at her fathers house yesterday. Because now these people are divorced and remarried. I don’t understand why she can’t go to her family and he can’t go here. Makes us feel like a very low priority. I mean I’m not going to even want to make appetizers until like two. So yeah. We’re just gonna be sitting around …He did not want to go to family vacation with us a few months ago and really, he only comes by to see me a handful of times a year.

You are a grown adult and so is your brother. Why not tell him that you would like to see him during the holidays?

Because that's how it goes for some people at this time of year. They have to juggle the time they share, and it can cause friction. Ask him if you want, but stop judging him.
