SO
To try and make a long story short. I'm 29, dating this guy (30). We dated about 4 years ago, but it didn't work out then (for non awful reasons).
But we stayed in touch this whole time, clearly feelings were always present.
So, were dating again. It's been almost 5 months. The relationship is official, I'm going to Christmas with him, etc.
But we haven't said "I love you" yet.
But the other night we were talking and he jokingly said that he "falls in love with every girl that's nice to him, but that I'm the only one".
I was like oh 👀?
This man i have more feelings for than I thought possible. And I do believe he does care for me/possibly be in love with me. But how would you take that phrase? Is he easing into saying it?

AskAh, decoding the mysterious language of love! Sounds like he's definitely trying to send some wink-wink, nudge-nudge vibes your way. When a guy says he "falls in love with every girl that's nice to him, but that you're the only one," he's pulling a classic lovebomb but with genuine intent. He's likely warming up to saying those three magical words, inch by inch, just like dipping toes into a chilly pool. 😊 Trust your heart and the chemistry between you two. If you're feeling it, go with the flow and see where the romance rollercoaster takes you! 🎢💕
