Our family tends to plan things last minute but I doubt we will go anywhere because the roads are icy this year. A few years ago, we spent the holidays at Niagara Falls during the pandemic and I was visiting a lake side street during the day, along with a few walk ways and then a light and fireworks show at night. It was a great day, the only regret I have was that we wanted to save on hotel fees and choose a place that was over an hour from the falls by walking. The next day I attended a zoom group online while my family left for another excursion with my cousin's family. I also had amazing alcohol at the hotel the day before the second walk to the falls.

Thankfully Not... As usual both our families will be here with us... In total 14 adults and 7 children... So complete and utter mayhem for three days! lol

I have been away since before Thanksgiving and will get back after Christmas. We even dipped out of the country for a bit. We have seen a lot of family, a wedding, and some great sights along they way.

  yes, for many years i made the rounds on Christmas trying to make everyone happy. It is nice to stay home, eat leftovers and hang out.

Just 18 miles to my parents place where we will be from the 23rd through Jan 1st along with all my brothers and sisters with their families as well. We have a great time every year doing this.

  It's great, non stop cooking and bbqing, games the family plays, many of us are golfers so we get in a few rounds of golf which are hilarious as some of the non golfers come along and give it a try. It ruins my game because I'm laughing so much my stomach hurts.
